The power kept going out, and the generator wasn't working properly. With temperatures at -16°C, we were left for hours without electricity or a heater. Heating wasn't included, and they charged extra for it. There was no toilet paper, towels, or hand wash, the WiFi didn't work, and the service staff weren't cooperative. The rooms themselves were clean, but we're not going back.

The hotel is tucked down a street behind the main Naraan bazar road. Room quality was good, and hot water was available only from 6 to 9 in the morning. Services were ordinary and could use more improvement.

The window views are breathtaking, and the food is good. Staff are really welcoming, and iron service is available just outside the hotel parking area. The rooms were only okay, and the washrooms smelled quite bad, with no hot water. WiFi wasn't really available, and the signals were poor. Overall, I'd give it 7/10.

The service was very low quality despite the high price, so I wouldn't recommend the hotel for what it costs. A room at this level should be 2500. You can find clean rooms anywhere in naran for 2500.
