The lower staff were cooperative and helpful, and their food was okay, though a little overpriced. The rest of the stay was pathetic. We booked a 3-bed room by phone, with repeated confirmations, but on arrival got a 2-bed room. They said they’d simply “forgot.” Cleanliness was poor too: dirty floors, filthy carpets, and flooded washrooms. Unless you’re looking for a substandard hotel, I wouldn’t put this place on your booking list.

Rooms and bathrooms weren’t even clean when we arrived, and the service was very poor. There was no hot water, and the waiters were practically nonexistent. During load shedding they almost never turned on the generator, and the room electricity plugs had been blocked. To top it off, they stole the meat we’d asked them to cook. The worst hotel in Naran. Don’t go near it.

The place is spacious, with WiFi in the lobby and a bar b q facility. We had a bathroom sewage problem during our stay, and they asked for separate kitchen gas charges. You need to bargain to get a reasonable price.

The outside lawn and terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors are especially nice, and the food is number 01 in Naran with no competitor. One drawback: the view from the back-facing rooms is bad, so I’m giving it 4 stars.

No customer service and no electricity made staying here a waste of money. The worst part was that they blocked all the room plugs, apparently to save electricity, or maybe just to save money.
