We felt comfortable and well looked after during the stay, and the hotel's cleanliness and safety measures were reassuring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and from check-in through check-out we felt pampered. Our room was comfortable and luxurious, while the hotel's charming atmosphere and amenities were more than we expected. The restaurant meals were a real treat, with impeccable service. The hotel is in an unbeatable location, and the view from our room was breathtaking. Its calm setting in the middle of the city made a welcome break from the bustle. Elegant decor and thoughtful amenities added to the experience, and every staff member went out of their way for us. A delightful stay, and we can't wait to return.

I've been driving different vehicles as a tour operator for 10 to 20 years, and I've had a good experience with Al hamra Hotel. I always bring my clients there, and both they and I are fully satisfied with the service, attitude, and cooperation. I consider it a standard hotel for middle and upper class guests.
