The room had all the necessities for me and my son during our one-night stay on 01.05.2024, and the service was polite and comfortable. Wi-Fi was reported to be freely available all the time, but it wasn’t active for 25 to 30 minutes late at night.

Everything was good, though the place needs upgrading.

There was no heating in the halls for the wedding reception dinner, and the management looked bad in front of the guests. It was very disappointing. It seemed like they were saving the money for their own pockets. With the fog and temperatures falling to freezing, even ordinary restaurants have heating. How am I supposed to rate this?

It’s an old British style hotel with a very good location and plenty of parking, including space to park right in front of your room. Tourist information and rent-a-car, rent-a-van, or bus services are available. About half the rooms have been freshly renovated.

This historical hotel is the best and offers lots of facilities, including travel plans for Northern Pakistan, as well as rooms. "Bhatti Photographer" is also inside. His photo quality is good, but his attitude toward customers and younger staff is very rude. The hotel management should take action against him.
