They said hot water would be available from 5:00 Am to 11 Pm, but we only got it until 7:00 A.m. The daily rate was also too high compared with other hotels I checked. They charged the full stay in advance, for example, five days' payment for a family staying five days, and their manner changed from polite to rude once they had the money. The rooms and beds were dirty, with insects crawling inside the beds. This is my bitter experience, not an attempt to degrade anyone. I don't recommend this hotel. Bad stay.

We paid upfront, but the services they had promised weren't provided. There were insects on both the bed and the table. It was a very bad experience.

The manager was kind and helpful, though the room itself felt old and wasn't very clean.

Such a beautiful, really nice hotel. Very good.

The rooms felt stuffy, and their locks didn't lock properly. The staff were completely unprofessional and treated you like a servant. Even if you place a breakfast order, there's no breakfast. With service like that, the prices are far too high. Better to avoid it.
