Pearl Continental Rawalpindi

I was unsure about staying at PC Rawalpindi at first, but it had the best price, so I gave it a try. The service turned out to be excellent. Tayaba was pleasant, professional, hospitable, attentive, and focused on customer service. She made sure all my concerns were addressed. I'd love to come again.

My stay was smooth and comfortable because the front office team was welcoming, efficient, and professional. Mr. Zeeshan deserves special thanks for being polite, dedicated, and always going the extra mile to look after guests. His attitude and professionalism really stand out and reflect well on the hotel's standards. Ms. Taiba was also kind, cooperative, courteous, and helpful. I'm very impressed with the hospitality and would highly recommend PC Hotel.

The lobby and breakfast were decent, and the location is okay, right in the centre of Pindi. But at around 42,000 per night, I expected much more. I've stayed in 2-star hotels abroad that were nicer. The room was tiny, outdated, and dirty, with stains on the sheets. The bathroom was so small the toilet seemed child-sized. There was no hot water, and the AC temperature couldn't be adjusted. Staff kept harassing me to leave a 5-star review. The hotel shouldn't claim 5 stars, and even 3 feels generous. At 10,000 per night in Pindi, I think it would be good, but at anything more it's not worth it at all.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff's hospitality was commendable. I really enjoyed our refreshing 3-night stay with my wife and 5-month-old daughter. There were two separate false fire alarms in our room, apparently because of smoke from Khyber Hujra outside. That should be looked into, since smoke outside shouldn't disturb guests inside.
