Rajada Hotel

I had a peaceful, convenient one-night stay at Rajada Hotel in Room 202, in the heart of Faizabad, Islamabad. The location combines easy access with a calm setting. The staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient from check-in to check-out, with Mr. Qadeer Abbasi providing well-mannered supervision. The environment was neat and clean, and the staff promptly changed the sheets and pillow covers when I asked. I rated the overall experience 5/5, with service, amenities, and location at 5/5, cleanliness at 4/5, and value for money at 4.5/5. A few things need attention: blankets should be changed more often, the furniture needs dusting, and the toilet mirror needed cleaning. The broken window should also be fixed to keep mosquitoes out. These changes would make the stay better. I'd recommend Rajada Hotel to travelers looking for a peaceful, convenient stay in Islamabad.

They turn off the WiFi on their end deliberately, and when you ask, they come back with baseless arguments and things like, “ha yar wo wifi ka masla hay etc.” Heavy prices too. Not recommended!

The night-shift staff member was very rude. I had surgery and asked to move to a ground-floor room, even offering extra money. The shaved, half-bald person at the counter was literally fighting with me. No ethics or humanity. Avoid this place at all costs. The only good person is the bearded man, probably on the day shift.

My honest review, I've been here for 2 years. It's one of the best economical and reasonable hotels, especially for the staff and service. ANWAR RAJA, QAISAR MINHAS, and QADEER are all good and have fantastic humor.
