The catering service was good, though the taste and quality were so-so. The main road had been under construction a year ago and was still under construction. This place is used more for banquet halls, conferences, prize ceremonies, and other social activities than as a hotel. Since Sahiwal is a smaller city than ICT, KHI, or LHE, visitors are mostly there for family reunions rather than official or business trips.

The service stood out, with staff who were generally attentive, polite, and keen to help. One of the best mid-range places to stay in Sahiwal, with clean, well-maintained rooms and common areas.

The staff are polite, well-educated, and professional, and the rooms are elegant and well kept. They have heaters for winter and air conditioning for summer, with complimentary breakfast for overnight guests. The place is exceptionally clean, the rates are quite reasonable, and there are no inconveniences. I personally stayed here, and found this beautiful hotel in a very pleasant area. Everyone should visit.

It's very dirty, and the noise went on all night. I spoke with the manager twice today and asked him to tell the team to keep quiet so guests could rest, but it didn't help. They kept talking loudly and using bad language with each other. It's now 12 past 30, and I can still hear plates and dishes. Tomorrow is my last day here, and I'll be traveling without any rest after a sleepless night. I'm never coming back to this hotel.
