The attached restaurant is on the first floor, and the food was good. We ordered Chicken Handi and really enjoyed it. Even though we seemed to be the only ones having dinner late that night, the staff served us well and kindly set up an electric heater fan in front of us. The hotel is generally quiet, so it was easy to enjoy some peaceful time. The staff were great and served with a smile. The washrooms were good, with electric geysers in each one for hot water. Electricity can be a problem in Swat, but we're from Karachi and used to it. Mobile service and internet can also be patchy in Malam Jabba, though that's not specific to this hotel. In my view, anyone on vacation might see that as part of getting away, rather than a drawback.

The food was decent, and the hotel itself was decent too. We stayed one night and found the staff nice and cooperative. Power cuts are an issue, taking the electric water heater, ACs, and outlets offline. There was no internet. One of the better places to stay in the area.

The peaceful, clean setting and stunning view made this resort a lovely place to unwind close to nature. The food was tasty, nicely presented, and came with a good variety. Service was excellent throughout. The polite, attentive staff were always ready to help, which made our stay comfortable. I'd recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for good food, great service, and a beautiful nearby view. We'd love to come back.

We were told there would be electricity for 3 hours followed by a 1-hour break, but we barely got 2 hours of power across the whole 24 hours. Even during that time, it kept cutting out every 5 minutes. The hotel didn't deliver what it had promised, and its service and management were very poor. Extremely disappointing. I strongly don't recommend staying here, especially with children.

The service was good and the location worked well, but the room had no mirrors. The heater also had problems, and there was no warm water in the morning.
