The cafe had only about 20% of its menu available because it was off season, though the food itself was great. The location is great, and both the rooms and views were good. Staff were cooperative. Cleanliness could be better, and they should address the low voltage: the lift didn’t work and the heater couldn’t run at full capacity. The place also needs more lighting, as it was quite dark. I stayed for two nights in April.

The staff were good, but the food was ordinary and there was electricity load shedding. I recently stayed here with my family in june 2026, and it was a bad decision. The elevator wasn’t working at all, and the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, especially the bad colors. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.

The location was extraordinary and pleasant, and the rooms felt comfortable and luxurious. Service was great and sincere. I had a fun, joyful stay, and it was a great experience.

The property and facilities felt average, so there’s room for improvement. The cooperative staff made a positive difference throughout my stay. Faiz deserves special thanks for his excellent service and polite attitude. With some work on the property, this could be a much better experience.
