The river view is one of the best things about Rock City Resort in Swat, with the water flowing right in front of the hotel. There’s also a private, gated area beside the river, which made it feel peaceful and secluded. I’ve stayed here around 5 or 6 times, and it keeps impressing me. I’d rate it 9.5/10. The staff are respectful and professional, and they always go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. With the location and amenities, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Swat.

The location is hard to beat, with lovely views of the Swat River and the mountains, and the resort is spacious, with large rooms. Service was quick, and hot water, 24/7 heating, and a standby generator were reliable. The staff seemed relatively new but were humble, courteous, and eager to help. There’s room for improvement in maintenance and beautification. The washrooms only had soap, shower gel, and shampoo, with no hair dryer, dental kit, lotion, or other essentials. Guests who bring their own kits may manage, but those small details could improve the stay. Rock City Resort still gave us a memorable visit thanks to its location and genuine hospitality. With some refinements, it could become one of Swat’s most irresistible destinations.

Rock City Resort Malam Jabba was a comfortable choice for a restful trip. The views were beautiful and the stay peaceful, with clean rooms and polite, cooperative staff. The food was excellent too.

Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of options. My stay was pretty good overall, but the rooms are dated. I was assigned room no. 103, and it only had one charging socket.

A little smell in one of the rooms was the only issue. The team took the feedback well right away and assured us it wouldn’t happen again. The location was beautiful, and the staff were cooperative. Service was excellent, with friendly staff always available and quick to handle requests. Management was professional and clearly cared about guest comfort. Special thanks to the kitchen chacha, who made us feel at home and served food with so much warmth and kindness. We had an amazing stay at Rock City Resort, and I’d highly recommend it to families visiting Swat.
