Rmasaa Hotel & Restaurant

We spent one night there and the service was great for that price. Great experience, and Mr. Sagheer is a particularly great person.

The staff were hospitable, and the food was delicious. Still, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in winter unless you have no better option. I was told by the manager that the heater and hot water would be available for 24 hours, but the geezer never worked, and I had to keep asking for hot water. Then at 10pm they took the heater out of our room, saying it was for safety reasons. Trying to sleep at -5°C without heat was extremely difficult. Guests should be told about this when booking, rather than at night after they’ve paid and have no other option.

Taking a break among the scenery and nature was a lovely change from busy life. I spent three days at Rmasaa and found it comfortable, with good food and service at reasonable prices. It was great value for money. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and quick to respond to my questions. The owner was professional and accommodating too. I’d recommend the place to friends and family, and hope Rmasaa keeps up the good work. Thanks for making my stay worthwhile, see you soon!

The view from Rmasaa is mesmerizing, and the food was amazing. I had a wonderful stay, with clean rooms and facilities that felt unreal for the price. The staff and management were extremely kind and understanding. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Malam Jabba. It doesn’t get better than this!
