The rooms and bedding were clean, and the washrooms were decent with electric heaters, so hot water was available almost every time. There are windows, but buildings on both sides meant no view. Breakfast was superb, with lots to choose from: halwa, channa, paratha, nihari, bread, butter, jam, chai, cornflakes, oats, eggs, and more. Housekeeping and laundry were good too. We had dinner there once and the pasta was good, though I've had better. The portion for the price was good. Someone recommended Zaiqa Restaurant, about 100-200 meters away, and I loved the food there. Must try.

The food was delicious, and after I complained a lot, they brought an electric heater that helped. But the view was just a brick wall, the heater hadn't worked properly, and there was no hot water. All the drawer handles were broken, and the washroom door lock was broken too.

After the long trip from karachi, Shelton was a relaxing place to stay. Everything about the hotel was good. It's one of the best choices in swat Fizagut.

My earlier stay at Shelton Dir Bala was already poor, and this visit to Shelton Swat was even worse. There was no warm water, the breakfast was below standard, and service was extremely poor. Staff seemed poorly trained and unprofessional, and didn't know how to handle situations or treat guests properly. This fell short of even basic hospitality standards.
