Hotel Javson

The lobby has a welcoming feel, and the restaurant food was delicious. The hotel was clean and the staff very polite. I had a good experience at Javson Hotel Sialkot. It's one of the better places to stay.

The room was in poor condition and not kept clean, so the whole place felt uncomfortable. What I got for the price didn't match at all, and it felt as if the hotel was trading on its name. Service also came across as careless and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. The staff didn't seem properly trained, and basic hospitality was missing. My stay at Hotel Javson, Sialkot was frustrating and far below expectations. I wouldn't recommend it unless cleanliness, customer service and management improve seriously.

My experience at Javson Banquet Hall was good. The hosting and service were 10/10, and I'd highly recommend it for a well-managed, memorable event.

This seems like a low-budget marque suited to ordinary functions with fewer than 300 people. The road is busy, and the venue sits a little way inside the city. There's not enough space at the entrance for a baraat. Basement parking is safe and secure, and the kind, helpful guard manages each vehicle with a ticket pass that gets checked on exit. Seating wasn't satisfactory, with very old traditional round folding tables, and the crockery was quite ordinary. Food quality was just normal. Staff didn't keep things clean during dinner or seem to care when a table ran short of a dish or anything else. Their clothes should be neater and cleaner too.
