Royal Guest House

I spent six nights in room 205. The first four were fine, but after I paid the full six-night rent in advance, the last two were very difficult. We couldn’t sleep properly and woke up feeling extremely cold because there was no inverter. They had committed to providing inverter service from 8 at night until 8 in the morning. When we complained, management said they couldn’t run it because of the power outage. There’s no backup power supply, and although they charged for services they failed to provide, they haven’t reimbursed us. The owners made excuses and their behavior was very poor.

The receptionist was extremely uncooperative and had no manners or idea how to speak to people. The place gave off a really negative vibe. Worst experience ever.

They added extra service charges, and the staff were very rude. The rooms smelled like a public washroom. They just run the Railway Hotel.

The staff are way too rude, and the rooms are low quality and smelly. There’s no parking area and no other facilities either. Don’t go there.
