The staff were very nice, but the air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't working. I was disappointed that tap water isn't served for free in Polish restaurants. It would make a difference, especially on a hot day. The outside of the hotel also looks run down: paint under the balconies is flaking, and the grounds feel overgrown even though they aren't.
