Abro

It’s been more than a year, and I still remember how good the food was and how one waitress helped me out. I didn’t have money for water on our return stop, so she paid for it herself and wished me a safe trip. Thank you so much. A couple of years ago, my class and I stopped here to eat while travelling. They served a huge group quickly, and the food was delicious. The waiters kept moving and were always around in the dining room, which I really appreciated.

The rooms are basic, but they were spotless. We also found the traditional Polish food really tasty, and the owner and staff were consistently nice.

The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room for tea. Otherwise, we were very comfortable, especially with three kids: we’d asked for two rooms close together and got them. The rooms were lovely and made entirely of wood. Breakfast was excellent, with a menu to choose from rather than a buffet, and it was nice to have a playroom in the breakfast room. The staff were pleasant and even gave us coffee and tea for the road. There was a huge playground outside too, though the weather wasn’t good enough for us to use it.

We were a group of eight and got to try quite a few dishes. The traditional Polish food was great, all of it.
