The area was peaceful, and there’s a big private parking lot. Breakfast was delicious, with omelettes and pancakes you could order directly from the kitchen. The new receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel!

We joined an unguided kayak day tour with Szot and had a fun day for good value. Staff were kind and clearly explained which way to go before we set off. A van took us out to locations quite far from Augustow and picked us up there with the other kayakers.

The route was even better than we expected, and everything was explained clearly. Thanks again for putting together such a great kayaking trip for our group. It was easy to communicate throughout.

A top spot for kayaking in Poland, whether you go on your own or with an organized group. The gear was spot on and the staff were great. It was especially handy that they speak English.

The rooms were in good shape. Even though the restaurant was closed, the owner went out and bought me dinner. That's really good service.
