Clean throughout, with a good breakfast and plenty of choice. It's also close to Piotrowska street. For a 2* hotel, this is one of the best I've stayed in, better than most 4*. Nice.

Mr Krystian at reception went out of his way to help when we had trouble with our charger, and he suggested quite a few places to visit since it was our first time in Lodz. He was helpful and accommodating, and the staff were all super friendly. We stayed for a few days as a couple, and both really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean, and we were very happy with our stay. Strongly recommend it. Yes!

The location is great, just around the corner from Piotrkowska street, and there's a large private parking area. The rooms were clean, the bed really comfortable, and the hotel welcomes dogs too. We really enjoyed staying here and I recommend it.

I was meant to stay at Boutique Hotel II, but construction there meant they booked me at this one instead. I wasn't told before setting off on foot from the train station, which was a shame. Still, Boutique Hotel III was much closer to where I wanted to be, so the change worked out as a big plus. I spent a three day weekend here in September 2022, the location was wonderful, and the room was perfectly comfortable.

After two weeks, the small rooms, and sometimes having no wardrobe, hadn't been much of a problem for me. The hotel is close to Piotrkowska, Łódź's main street for bars, pubs and other activity, and the staff were kind and ready to help with reasonable requests. Breakfast is included and pretty nice. I can't comment on dinner, which costs 45 zl or around 30 euros. For the price with breakfast, it's a very good deal, and I really enjoyed my stay. If you have a dust allergy, I'd avoid the ground floor rooms because they have carpet. Special thanks to the receptionist I met during my stay. Thanks to everyone for being so kind and helpful!
