The single room was pleasant, and the late reception staff were helpful and welcoming. I liked the breakfast and coffee, though there were no gluten free options. The bathroom could probably use some airing, even though the shampoo smelled nice. There weren’t any food options at the hotel or in town. It might be helpful if they mentioned local food producers.

Really clean and a great place to stay, with lovely staff. Definitely worth it 🥰 Just be aware there’s no elevator, only stairs.

The shower was the surprise for me, absolutely enormous! As a big guy, I really appreciated that. The apartments are right in the city center, with an exit straight onto the main square. Rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is generous with lots of tasty food. I’d gladly recommend it.

I turned up without a reservation when the city had no hotel rooms available, but they helped me out and found me a room on the top floor. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices for everyone.

The central location makes it easy to reach the kayak bay, nearby castles, and other places of interest. It also works well for a day trip to Kaliningrad. The hotel is generally well kept, though some parts have seen better days. There isn’t much on offer in winter, and the lack of laundry service made it difficult to use as a base while travelling around for a few days.
