The shower was nice, at least. The rooms are tiny, and the sloping roof on the third floor means anyone over 5'7" will hit their head on it a couple of times. The air conditioner and heater are wedged behind furniture, so they barely cool or heat anything beyond the wardrobe they’re stuck behind. There’s no lift, so lugging your bags up the stairs is a workout. Going out means another five minutes on what feels like an elliptical stair machine. Getting in is a puzzle too: they email a code, but there’s no reception. There is a reception number, but nobody answered when I called at 3pm on a weekday. Need fresh towels? Good luck getting anyone on that number either.

The rooms are nice and the location is good, close to Krakow old town. But checking in feels like you need a college degree in breaking in. It all runs on codes, and the email with them went to my trash folder. Hotels.com should have some information about getting into the room so you know what to expect.

Everything is within walking distance from this city-centre place. The host is amazing, with a broad choice of modern, clean rooms. There’s guarded parking nearby, about a 5-7 minute walk away.

The rooms were lovely, and the host was super friendly. Check-in by yourself was seamless, and the location was perfect. For these rates, it’s amazing value all around.

The location made it easy to walk to the main train and bus station, the old town, and a huge shopping mall. There are bakeries and shops nearby for food and drinks at good prices. We spent three amazing nights here and had a great experience. Staff were kind and easy to reach, and the place was very clean and comfortable. It seemed brand new, and everything worked. Great value for money!
