The Christmas Eve dinner was a real highlight. The food was superb, and Weronika took great care of us, bringing wines that paired beautifully and taking time to talk about them. We were impressed by how well the meal exceeded our expectations, especially with the chef and team working over the holidays. Our room at Hotel Indigo was quiet, spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and easy to set to the temperature we liked. Breakfast came with warm, personal service, and the staff were consistently helpful. The Old Town location made it easy to explore on foot and convenient for arriving and leaving by train. We’d happily stay here again if we get the chance.

The location worked really well for both the main station and the Old Town, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow. The staff were kind throughout, with a special mention for Daria, Patryk and Maksym. Food was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was clean and thoughtfully laid out. The gym is small but pleasant; it would be handy if they provided little towels there. One other small request: a coat hook on the back of the door would help.

A lovely base for seeing Krakow, with the centre only about five minutes away. The airport is easy to reach by train or bus, too. Our room was spacious and attractive, with a comfortable bed and a large, very clean bathroom. The staff were great, and breakfast was excellent.

The location is right in the centre, which worked well for getting around on foot. I wouldn’t choose to drive there, though :) The staff are really friendly and happy to help. I had a breakfast bag for eating on the go, and it was good. The rooms are nice, if a little unusual.

That bed gave me a good rest after all the walking and sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is handy for the Old Town. There’s also a great coffee shop just two minutes away, by the edge of the local market. The hotel has that familiar Hotel Indigo mix of mismatched fittings and fixtures that feel a bit cheap.
