I didn't stay there, only went for dinner, and the food was awesome even though I was the only guest. The waitress was so nice, and my first żurek was amazing. The ingredients were super fresh. Prices were a little high, but worth it. I highly recommend this place.

Inside the old city walls, it's easy to walk around, yet the hotel sits on a quiet street near a convent. The rooms are all different, like you'd expect in a good old world hotel, but each is nicely appointed and quiet. Breakfast downstairs was terrific, served in a sunny basement with a skylight. The staff were very helpful. If it's warm, I'd ask for a fan.

The receptionists were friendly, and the hotel is right in the center, just a few blocks from the main square and other attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!👍👍

The restaurant is fantastic, and the attentive staff made staying here a blessing. This five star hotel is a wonderful base for walking around and enjoying beautiful Krakow, a priceless city and the soul and cultural capital of Poland.

The location is good, but the advertised bar and restaurant, supposedly open until 10pm, weren't open when we went at 6pm.
