We were lucky to find Arts Apartments after EasyJet Holidays left us badly let down with a very poor quality apartment that could have spoiled our holiday. Justyna had a lovely studio available for a very reasonable price, and she rescued the trip. She gave us helpful advice and did a lot to make the stay comfortable. Arts Apartments is right on the edge of the Old Town, within easy walking distance of all the sites. We'd have no hesitation recommending it to anyone wanting good quality rooms at a reasonable nightly rate.

C5 was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept really well. The apartment's location is another plus, with tram and bus routes a short walk away and shops and restaurants very close by. I'd recommend Arts apartments to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable place in krakow.

The staff were friendly, and the apartment was pleasant, clean, and well equipped. I'll definitely choose it again when I'm staying in Kraków.

They kindly let us keep our rooms until 7 pm, which was much appreciated. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Five stars, and thanks so much 🫶🏻

Getting around was easy, with transport nearby for other areas and the old town convenient to visit. We stayed four nights; the room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The espresso capsules were a nice extra.
