There's a good range at breakfast, and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel is clean and quiet, in a lovely building, though there aren't any lifts. The old town is an easy walk away. A river is about five minutes on foot, and buses take you near the station and its attached shopping centre, or to another shopping centre in the other direction.

The staff at reception were great, and it's a good value for the money. The hotel and rooms look a little dated, but everything was clean. The location is excellent, about a 5-10 minute walk from the square, and reception is accessible 24/7.

The staff were fine, and the small, basic room was understandable for the price. But the mattress had such a dip that it felt like I was about to roll off an edge. There was no spare blanket or pillow, just the awful flattened one on the bed and a chair cushion. They also provide tea and coffee with no milk. I've never been so glad to get back to my own bed, and probably wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast had a good choice, and the location was a great distance from the old town. Paid parking is available too. It was our first time in Krakow, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly, and the room was small but really clean and nice. There's no AC, though a fan was enough for a room that size. I also loved the balcony overlooking the pretty courtyard. The hotel is right near the city center.
