The location was good, but that's about the only positive. The photos on booking didn't represent the place. There was no heating device in the room, although it stayed mostly warm, so that wasn't really a problem. The worst part was the lack of power sockets. We could barely charge our phones, and there wasn't one near the bed. With the TV hardly working, scrolling on our phones before sleep was about all we could do.

The location is great, and the breakfast voucher for a nearby coffee shop was nice. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it, and although we'd booked a triple, the third bed was a small couch that hadn't even been made up. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the inside of the building felt old and dirty, especially the moquette.

We had two rooms, one for four people and one for three. One had two beds and a sofa for two, while the other had two beds and a beach lounger with a hard cushion. Both rooms were disgusting, with stains on the carpets and walls and a strange smell throughout. Only the bedsheets were clean. We could hear everyone around us, and the floor creaked with every step.

The host's service was horrific. Replies were impolite, and after asking for an invoice for over a week, I still haven't received one. The bathroom curtains were partly broken and couldn't fully cover the window, so people outside could potentially see in. It's a normal apartment without a desk, though the location in the city centre is good. In short, avoid. It's also known as 27rooms on booking.com.
