City Lights Apartments - Bosacka

My husband picked this apartment for our Krakow stay, and it felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable, with a good bed, and had all the basics for some light cooking. Getting to the main station and other parts of town was easy, and the price felt very fair. Check-in and check-out were smooth. We loved it.

The bath had an unpleasant smell, and there was a problem with the heating. Apart from that, it was okay.

We never got to stay because something unexpected happened four days before arrival and we couldn't travel. At first, we were told cancellation wasn't possible, but they offered a new date, which we accepted. After that, communication became chaotic and unclear. We got a vague text without any useful details, then no reply when we asked for more information. On the phone, the owner interrupted us, hung up twice while we were speaking, and made disrespectful, unprofessional remarks. When we asked why nobody had followed up, we were told, "what difference would it make?" The call ended with a sarcastic comment that the conversation with us was "fine," then the owner hung up again. After reading other reviews, it seems hanging up on customers has happened before. I can't comment on the apartment itself, but the customer service was unacceptable. The poor communication and lack of respect mean I can't recommend this place.

The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. There’s a café close by that I’d recommend, and we had everything we needed in the apartment. It’s beautiful, too, and in a fantastic location. I’d happily recommend it.
