The apartment worked really well for two, though it felt a bit cramped with four of us. We came to Kraków for a Bryan Adams concert and liked being able to walk to Tauron Arene. The place was equipped well enough, with a huge fridge and a hall closet. The pull-out sofa was fine for two nights. The balcony is narrow but its L shape makes it practical, though another chair would have helped. Parking in the multilevel garage in a narrow tenement building might feel stressful, but it’s manageable. We design apartments ourselves, so there are a few technical details we’d have handled differently. That’s a matter of taste and the standard you want to offer guests, of course. A tip: cupboard stops in the kitchen would save the ceiling, and a different bathroom cabinet would protect the door frame.

The staff were pleasant and willing to help whenever we needed anything. These are quiet, convenient apartments near the train and bus stations, and the city centre is about ten minutes away. The downside is the thin mattresses, since you can feel all the slats.

It was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable, though it squeaked. The apartment got stuffy and hot, so we had to keep the window open, and the internet didn’t work.

The place is spacious and clean, and close to both the city centre and train station. Everything was explained clearly. It could use a corkscrew, and the wine glasses don’t match, but I’d still highly recommend it.
