Trams stop just a minute or two from the hotel, and the location is great. The room was comfortable and very clean, with a fantastic shower. Depending on where your room is, there can be a couple of corridors to walk through. There's a lift, from the breakfast room on level -1 up to floor 4. Breakfast had something for most appetites, with a good choice of tea, coffee, and juice. The room is small, so it gets a bit cramped when busy, and there's only one toaster, so you may need to wait. Staff were lovely and cleared tables quickly, and check-in was easy.

The room was on the small side, but comfortable, and I slept really well. This is a lovely little hotel. The receptionist got us checked in quickly and efficiently, and lent us a travel adapter after I'd forgotten mine. Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the options.

The breakfast stayed much the same each day, so there wasn't much variety, but everything was fresh and delicious. We had a very pleasant family stay from December 22th to 25th, which are important days for Polish people. The rooms were clean, cosy, and spacious, and I liked being able to adjust the heating and having a single bed for each of us. I wasn't keen on the bathroom having no window. Staff were available whenever we needed something, and one receptionist helped us figure out what to do and where to eat on Christmas Eve, when most attractions and places were closed. We had a very good time, and I'd highly recommend the hotel for a Krakow trip.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room stayed nice and warm in December. It was a very short walk to the main square, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've booked again for this year.

Breakfast had continental and cooked food, cereal, sweet cakes, and some local Polish dishes. It was all fresh and really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good tips on what to see, where to go, and restaurants to try. The rooms were clean and tidy, with everything you need, and the hotel is very close to the main market square. I can't wait to return to both the hotel and Krakow.
