We felt very welcome here, with tea and coffee making facilities on the floor, including a bean to cup coffee maker. Our room was clean and spacious, with two single beds, free WiFi and private parking at no charge. There's a 24/7 reception, friendly staff and unlimited breakfast included. We'd definitely recommend it for either one night or a longer stay in Krakow.

The room was decent for the price, and the hotel is maybe a 20 minute walk from the center. I was there with a group, and some people got food poisoning after we ate in the downstairs canteen or restaurant. I only spoke with two hotel staff members: one was helpful, the other very rude. My stay was okay.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, without extra furniture, and they're well insulated from noise apart from the hallway doors. It was easy to enjoy some peace and privacy. The staff were very pleasant, and the hotel is close to the city center.

The rooms were clean and the washing rooms seemed to have been renovated. Breakfast was okay. One tip: ask reception to switch off the air conditioning. It's too cold and loud at night, and you can't adjust it yourself.

It's very close to the city center, right opposite a nice green park. The staff were friendly, and having free parking in the yard was a real plus.
