It's a cozy, very clean studio, well looked after and equipped with everything for a short stay, even an iron. There's a small supermarket right next door, and it's about 11 minutes from the Railway Station and 15 minutes from the centre. I was traveling alone, and otherwise it was a perfect place to stay in Krakow. A couple of things to keep in mind: there was a strange bathroom smell when I arrived that took a few days to go away, possibly a sewage issue. The sofa bed is comfortable but quite small, so anyone over about 170 CMS may have their feet hanging off. The building looks modern and fresh, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors talking or setting a cup down, along with noises outside, which can be a nuisance at night if you're a light sleeper.

We came from Dubai with my family expecting the apartment shown in the Booking.com photos, but what we found was completely different. It was in poor condition, with mosquitoes and flies everywhere, and was totally unsuitable for a family. We didn't stay even one night. The property refused a refund and hid behind Booking.com. It was extremely disappointing and dishonest. Avoid it if you care about your money and holiday.

It's in a great spot just outside the main square, close to shops, cafes, the train station, shopping centre, and food stores. The apartments are modern, clean, and quiet. Getting to the main square is easy, either by taxi for around £5 each way or on foot in about 15-20 minutes.

We had a terrible time finding the apartment and then locating reception to pick up the keys. The listing would be better with the address that leads straight to reception instead of the main road. Once there, though, we were very happy with the apartment and its location. It was central to everything we wanted to see and do, with shops nearby for supplies and restaurants close by. The railway station also had some quite good dining.

I was very disappointed. My card was charged 160 PLN more than the price I saw when booking, listed as a cleaning fee that hadn't been clearly explained. I had to contact the property several times just to find out why there was an extra charge. Replies were slow and unhelpful, they offered no refund, and the issue was never resolved. The apartment wasn't worth the price either: the walls were dirty and damaged, the skirting boards were old, the dishes hadn't been washed, and the bed was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it.
