Cracow Central Aparthotel

I found the staff cold and unwelcoming, especially in the cafeteria, and often felt like I wasn't really welcome. The bathroom also didn't match the photos: there was just a small tap above the toilet instead of a proper sink, which was impractical and uncomfortable. The room had the basics and was sufficient, and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was well prepared but the choices were limited. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and train station, with a supermarket and bakery right across the street. Very good value for the price.

The apartment was a good size, nice and clean, though there was a bad drain smell. It seemed better after the cleaner came each day. The path outside was a bit noisy with wheels rolling over it, but if you’re having a drink you probably won’t notice. Other than that, it’s good. Fab location, right next to the shopping centre and a straight 10-minute walk to Old Town.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made getting around easy, with a mall, public transport, and parking nearby. It’s a small building in the old town, so there’s no elevator, which makes sense for the setting. I had a very good stay.

My room was clean, a good size, and had everything I needed, with a decent, clean bathroom too. The hotel is only a two-minute walk from the main shopping centre and its train and bus stations, and the old town is about ten minutes away. The thin walls were the main drawback: I could clearly hear someone snoring next door, and another guest seemed to answer with some thumping on the wall! Most of the receptionists I saw were friendly.
