It's full of rowdy groups, so I wouldn't call it ideal for traveling with children. There was building work in the apartment underneath us until 8:30 pm every night, which meant no chance to nap after long days out. Also, there were absolutely no room cleanings or replacement towels offered or provided.

A really nice place to stay, within a 20-minute walk of all the Krakow sights you really need to visit.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a comfy bed and good water pressure. The room had tea and coffee, a kettle, safe, TV, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and dishes. The late-night check-in instructions were helpful. They offered hotel pickup and tours for an extra fee, and my airport driver was great. The location was great too, and I'd stay here again.

The kitchen has everything we needed, and having a washing machine was handy. The place is in the old town, though there’s no elevator and the pillows weren’t great.

A dog barking made it hard for me to sleep. Getting into the place was a whole ordeal: when my flight was delayed and I missed check-in, they gave me a number to enter the building, then I had to find a lockbox and enter another code for the keys. There were three keys, and it was a guessing game figuring out which opened the hallway door and which opened my room.
