We spent two nights here as a family of three. The area was quiet, safe, and clean, and the location was perfect, very close to the center. The room itself was clean too, and getting in with the entry codes was easy after the instructions arrived by WhatsApp and email. For bedding, the beds had pads rather than spring mattresses, and there weren’t any extra pillows. We had bath towels for each person, but no extra hand or hair towels. There was a kettle but no coffee machine, just a jar of Nescafe, tea bags, and sugar in the cupboard. It wasn’t expensive, and with the Old Town within walking distance, it’s still worth staying.

There’s a bus stop and tram stop nearby, which was handy when I visited at the end of September. The room had enough lighting, bedding, and basic kitchen supplies, but I felt a bit cold inside, maybe the walls aren’t very well insulated. There’s no elevator either.

Comfortable and good.

Breakfast was the best part of our six-night stay, and the main reason I’m giving a second star. The quality and choice were excellent, though it was served at an affiliated café about five minutes away, not in the property. I was disappointed, and honestly surprised by the positive reviews. We booked because the ratings suggested exceptional value, but the stay didn’t live up to that. Kraków has comparable places at similar prices with much better comfort, cleanliness, and service. I wouldn’t recommend this one. The bed was a problem: the mattress was thin and uncomfortable, the bedding and pillows felt cheap, and with just one pillow each it was hard to sleep well. There were also basic things missing for this price. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and we got one bath towel per person and one hand towel, but no washcloths, shower mat, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, or toilet roll holder. The toilet paper was extremely thin and the initial amount wasn’t enough for six nights. The TV had no way to stream or access streaming services, which you might expect in 2026. The decor and yellow duvet shown in the photos weren’t there either. Cleanliness was the most concerning part. We found hair from previous guests on and underneath the mattress, towels that looked a little discolored, and old food packaging in the cabinets. Service was very limited too: there was nowhere on-site to store luggage before check-in, no room service, and most communication came through automated WhatsApp replies. We only got extra towels, toilet paper, and a bath mat after asking specifically and clarifying that extra charges shouldn’t apply. The property is on a busy main road and in part of a residential apartment building. Although it’s advertised as highly central, the main city center is still about a 20-30-minute walk away. It was hard to find because there’s no visible sign or clear indication from outside that it’s accommodation. Traffic noise could be heard, including at night, and the blackout curtains didn’t keep the room dark, so it got bright early. There’s no elevator, which could be a problem for anyone with mobility limitations or heavy luggage.

Self check-in meant we could arrive whenever we wanted, and communication with the front desk was good. The rooms were nice and, above all, clean, with air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s in a great spot and makes a good base for exploring. I highly recommend it.
