The hotel is quiet, both inside and around it, and the rooms felt like great value for the quality and service. Ours was modern, very clean, and tidied every day, with the old town about 2 km away, an easy walk. Breakfast had hot and cold choices for everyone. When we had an early start and would miss it, the staff arranged a taxi to our activity pickup and packed us a meal for the day. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived in Krakow, and the whole stay lived up to the birthday surprise my wife had booked. I'd recommend it for couples or small groups visiting Krakow.

The beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were lovely, with a nice bathroom and toiletries provided. My only issue was the corridor music playing loudly at some pretty antisocial hours. It disturbed our sleep, though it didn't ruin the impression we had of the hotel.

The room was fantastic, and the staff made us feel welcome and were really helpful. I wish we'd booked the larger room so we could try the in-room jacuzzi, but maybe next time. Would definitely recommend it 👍

We asked through the booking.com app if the hotel could arrange tours to the salt mine and Auschwitz, and they found us a good tour with transfers at a great price, even though it was short notice. We were there for three nights, and the staff were amazing throughout. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. We booked via booking.com and would happily stay again, as well as recommend the hotel.

There’s lovely natural light in the rooms and a nice atmosphere. You can walk to the old town or Jewish district in about 30 minutes, and the river is a five minute run away, with good routes and outdoor fitness equipment nearby. The hotel itself has no fitness room or sauna, though there are several sauna options in the area. Street parking is paid. Before checking in, make sure you know which of the two locations you’re staying at, as they’re just across the street from each other. Recommended.
