The room with its own bathroom and kitchen was spacious and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and tried to help whenever we did see them, though because it’s on the second floor we barely saw a receptionist. The stairs are inconvenient, with long flights and no elevator, so think twice if you have heavy luggage. At night the corridor has no lights, and you’re basically climbing the stairs in the dark without a torch. The bed was probably the worst part. It was about the size of a king single, and the only way we got decent sleep was by unfolding the sofa bed. For the record, we’re average-sized, not overweight.

The staff were friendly, and the place was really nice and clean. I especially liked the location, very close to Krakow’s main bus station. Keep up the good work.

I stayed here with my mum for three nights in September 2017. It was clean and quiet, with friendly staff, and very convenient for getting to the city center. I’d highly recommend it!

The room was big and the location was great. The double bed wasn’t very good, so we switched to the fold-out couch, which was really comfortable.

Good value and a good location. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep and wash for one night and you’re a bit of a boy scout... ok :))
