The apartment is nicely equipped, and the reception staff were very kind. I appreciated being able to check out early. The shared courtyard with a restaurant is often dirty, and the building entrance smells very bad. Also, the windows don’t block much noise, so light sleepers might want to ask for a room away from the square. Krakow stays lively late, with people partying until 4 am.

Right on the Maly Rynek, so Krakow's main attractions are very close.

Super! Clean, pleasant, and right in the old town center. The price was very good too.

We found check-in easy, and the apartment had been made ready for us early. They were also kind enough to store our bags on the last day. There’s lots of space, with a bright bedroom, a large bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with everything, even an iron and a vacuum cleaner. It’s very centrally located and good value for money. A few things bothered us: the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, the lobby smelled bad, probably from the back of a restaurant, and the apartment is on the second floor with no lift. There was also a 100 zloty security deposit, though it was refunded at the end of our stay.

Everything was great, apart from the sneaky guy at reception.
