DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow Hotel & Convention Center

The room was cleaned every day, and we really enjoyed the food. The hotel itself is lovely and spacious, and everyone we met on staff was so friendly. On our first evening, a waiter brought fruit and cakes to our room with a little welcome note, just as a kind gesture. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped make Christmas feel special. Thanks for that, and for the delicious cookies at reception. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Krakow.

We’d happily come back to the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow and recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. It’s conveniently placed for getting to the city center and nearby sights, but the hotel itself is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the modern property is spotless with great amenities. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices. From arrival, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The service and attention to detail made the stay better than we expected.

We stayed for four amazing nights and would absolutely come back. We’ve been to lots of hotels, but hadn’t stayed anywhere quite like this. The place is stylish and beautiful, the rooms are cozy and very clean, and dogs are welcome too. The pool and sauna are free to use. There’s good beer, cocktails, desserts, tea, and coffee at the bar. And the breakfast was amazing, unlike anything we’d seen at another hotel. I was surprised they served sparkling wine with breakfast on January 1. The employees were polite, friendly, smiling, and helpful. We loved everything.

For a work trip, the room was a comfortable place to unwind: modern and quiet, with a large shower and a great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent too, with lots to choose from and really good pastries. The service let the stay down at times. My room key kept giving me trouble, the front desk was often slow, and room service was disappointing. It was a good stay overall, but the price seems high beside similar hotels in Poland. I’d probably return, though I’ve had better experiences.
