At 11 PM we ended up leaving for another hotel because the heater was broken and we couldn’t sleep in a city where it goes below 0° with a dirty blanket. The next day we were told they’d come clean and make the room ready for guests. When we returned, the dead spider was still by the bed, the toilet was still dirty, and the blanket hadn’t changed. The only difference was a bathroom carpet that hadn’t been there before. We booked a different hotel for the rest of the trip. The reception had closed by the time we called, since it only operates from 11-19, so good luck getting help outside those hours. This was a really bad experience, one of the worst hotels I’ve paid for. The bedroom was filthy, covered in other guests’ hair on the pillows, bed, and sofa. The blanket had yellow stains all over and was so wrinkled it looked like it hadn’t seen laundry for a very long time. The toilet had faeces residue, there was a used tissue behind the bed, and a dead spider on the wall beside it. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to enjoy your holiday without drama, feeling cheated, or losing money. Find somewhere else. After that horrible experience, I’d recommend MIODOWA HOTEL. It had a nice room, 24-hour reception in case something goes wrong, and a varied buffet breakfast starting at 7:30.

The apartment was really beautiful, and the woman at reception was kind and helpful. We were meant to check in at 2 PM, but had to wait until about 2:45. I’d stay there again.

I arrived with my family and found the apartment filthy. There was dust everywhere, stains on the sofa, a dirty floor, and a horrible bathroom. The owners had charged me two weeks before check-in, but when I called about the condition, nobody came to sort it out. I had to book somewhere else instead of staying in that hole, and now I'm trying to get my money back.

The people were nice, and we had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is in a handy spot for sightseeing, and breakfast was good, just a 30-second walk away. It only opens at 8am, though, so we couldn't get breakfast before early trips. I'd stay here again.

At 1am, after waiting four hours for help that never came, I managed to force open the street door. None of the keys worked, and they didn't refund anything. The heater was broken, so it was freezing, and the place was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was only big enough for one person. Terrible.
