This little hotel is on a side street, steps from the Market Square and just a few meters from Krakow's Central Station, so we could walk to practically anywhere we wanted to visit. Room 302 was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy and tidy, with a new clean shower. We asked for the room to be cleaned daily at check-in. The reception staff were kind and courteous, and always helped with requests like shower caps, extra toilet paper, and more water. Breakfast was typically Polish, with scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, and vegetables. There was more savory food than sweet, but my husband and I knew that already, so it wasn't a problem. At checkout they gave us apples, which were delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel in Kraków’s Old Town.

Three families stayed here together for our trip to Krakow, and we all loved it. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. The two room suite worked perfectly for a family with kids.

Breakfast was thoughtfully set up with lots of options, and housekeeping was excellent. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We came back for a second stay because the staff had made such an impression on us the first time. Our original reason for choosing the hotel was its location, but the team is why we returned. They were polite, friendly, and especially helpful to me as a disabled traveller. We had a few requests when booking, and they accommodated all of them. Whenever we needed help during the stay, the staff came through. We'll stay here again when we're back in Krakow. It's a little gem.

The location is a real plus, and breakfast was varied and well stocked. The rooms are modern and new, and the receptionist was pleasant and accommodating. A really great hotel, highly recommend it.
