I’ve been to Biala Podlaska many times from Britain, and Hotel As is where I always stay. Leon, the owner, makes you feel at home, and the staff are welcoming every time. Breakfast has a great range of treats, and my room was clean and fresh. It’s also reasonably priced, with secure parking at the hotel, which is useful since I hire a car to go sightseeing. Having reception staffed around the clock is handy too. At other places, I’ve had such an unwelcoming reception that I ended up sleeping in my car. Thanks to all the staff. I’ll be back soon. Thank you!!

This was a nightmare. The owner had agreed to my two dogs and said there'd be an extra charge, but then wouldn't allow me to leave them alone in the room when I arrived. I was rushing to a job interview and had to bring them along and leave them in the car. I would've paid if they'd damaged anything. These people are very unserious. If they don't accept animals, they shouldn't say they do. I can't recommend the place.
