Absolutely superb.

There's a separate warm room for drying skis, boards, and boots, and the hostess was very friendly. The apartments stay really warm. Our room had its own kitchen with a stove, though in some rooms the kitchen is separate on the floor. The pillows were very large, which felt a little unusual. The internet worked well when available, but the connection sometimes dropped, and it worked better outside. The ski bus stop is only 50 meters away, and ski rental is 100 meters away. There's also a toboggan slide with a lift and a pizzeria nearby. Bidryonka and Zhabka are a 15-20 minute walk or a 4-5 minute drive.

The shower barely worked, there was a bad smell coming from the fridge, and bugs were in the restroom. The conditions were outrageous and completely unacceptable. I don't recommend this hotel.

The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the apartment was spotless and warm in winter. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to the Kotelnica, which made the location great. I highly recommend the apartment!
