The location and breakfast were okay, and the restaurant staff were very pleasant. Still, there were so many "robot" services that I didn't see a human for two days. My bed was 4 cm shorter than me, under 1.8 m, and that first night was hell. Luckily, there was another free bed in the room, measuring 1.95 m. It was the first time in my life I measured a bed 🤔. I hope they don't replace the restaurant staff with robots.

I stayed one night. The hotel was good, the room clean, and it's close to the center. The receptionist didn't speak English and didn't seem properly trained, though, and the credit card payment gave her trouble. Checking out took 15 minutes. I hope the service improves.

Everything went so well that I came away delighted. The service was excellent, and the whole experience felt perfect.

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. A good place for the price.

Everything else was okay, but the bed let it down.
