Apartamenty Sun&Snow w Novum Kraków

I got back from my vacation today, July 3, after staying at this property. On arrival, we were told that the apartment we'd booked wasn't ready because of technical problems and that we'd be given another one. In the end, they gave us the original, 24A. It's fairly modern, but badly maintained. We were asked to report any problems so there wouldn't be trouble over the 300 PNL deposit. I showed them photos of the faults we found. The toilet seat was already broken and eventually came apart. Today I was told not only that the deposit wouldn't be returned, but that another 100 PNL would be charged. That's 400 PNL, about €92, for something that was already broken. They also charged me €32 extra for the booking. They seem to find any reason to take money. They don't give it back. This is fraud! Here is the email I sent the property: I want to say that I told your receptionist on the day we checked in that the toilet seat was already faulty. I also showed her photos of all the problems we found in the apartment. It doesn't look anything like the pictures on the website. The maintenance is very poor, and the cleaning standards are disgusting. You also charged more to my credit card for the apartment, using an unrealistic exchange rate to get extra money. We were supposed to pay €556, but you charged me €589.35, and now this. Poland is part of Europe and uses euros too, so there was no need to exchange the money at all. Clearly, you want the money. Under your deposit and lease agreement, any repair costs, including for the faulty toilet seat, shouldn't exceed the deposit. I doubt a toilet seat costs 400 PNL, or €92. Adding another 100 PNL is completely out of order. This is a rip-off! This is terrible. I'll definitely post about it online and on other apps to warn future victims. Booking has always given me good deals and serious places to stay without problems, as my records show, until I came across you the day I arrived at your place. Kind regards

A horrible stay. We booked the apartment with a sofa for two, and the tap water was white and dirty. The bed fell apart during the night. There were about 15 silverfish crawling on the walls, towels, in the kitchen, and in the bathroom. It seems the place hadn't been cleaned in a long time. They didn't take my complaint seriously, and the customer service was poor.

I had a pleasant stay at Olimp apartment with this company. It was comfortable for one to four people. Getting to the basement parking by elevator was an interesting experience 😊

There was no bed, just a sofa, and sleeping on it in the studio was really uncomfortable. No bath cream, and no tea, coffee, or sugar either.
