They charged me without justification a week later saying they couldn't refund it, after keeping the money for more than a week. This happened 1.5 months before my stay and more than a month before the free cancellation deadline. The unauthorized charge left me short of money I needed for other important things and caused problems with my card, which was permanently blocked. It's been very stressful, and my case for a refund of several thousand złoty is still unresolved. They took the money many days in advance, as if I were the thief, and I was the one left without it. I don't recommend this at all!!! Simply no comment ☹️

The cottages are lovely, well cared for, and family friendly. I recommend them.
