We had a great stay as a family, with a wonderful view of the Tatra mountains and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff made us feel welcome, and the food was very good. There were fun activities like billiards and ping pong, and we also enjoyed the bar, saunas, and jacuzzi. I'd definitely recommend it, and I'll be back.

We stayed for a week as a family of four. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size for us, though the wardrobe was small for all our clothes. The beds were comfortable and I slept well all week. It stayed very warm. The bathroom was okay, but the shower wasn't especially strong. Each floor had a shared fridge and two kettles. The food was excellent, with breakfast and dinner served from 3-5pm. I expected dinner to feel too early, but it worked well with evening skiing. The bar closing at 10pm was a shame when the slopes stay open until 9.45. The ski room is roomy and has plenty of boot warmers. The hotel is near the slopes, about a 10-minute walk, though we drove because the car parks are free. It was our first time skiing here, and it's very good for beginners and families.

The service was open, flexible, and very kind. We had a nice room with enough space for a couple and three kids, and the food was excellent. It's close to the ski runs.

The apartment was very clean and had good facilities, and breakfast was an excellent buffet. There was no elevator.

Everything else was okay, but fruit flies hovering over breakfast were outrageous. Couldn't they install a UV zapper light?
