The garden is nice, the hotel is clean, there’s a large parking area and plenty for kids to do. But for what we paid, the stay wasn’t worth it. It came to almost 700 PLN a night, and we still had to eat out every day because the food options were so limited. We’ve never had worse hotel food in Poland. The so-called buffet was a fixed dinner served by staff: two soups, two meats, two side dishes, one salad and one dessert, with no cold cuts or fresh vegetables. After three days, we finally got a piece of pork. Breakfast had very little choice too. What were we supposed to feed the kids? Soup in summer when it’s 28 degrees outside? The staff serving food wore gloves, then used the same gloves to clean tables with chemical or cleaning products before touching plates and sometimes bread. That didn’t feel hygienic. The hotel seemed short-staffed everywhere. No one was looking after the pool. Jumping wasn’t allowed, but lots of people did it anyway, and it felt like a jungle where everyone just did what they wanted. With a baby or small kids, you can’t have a quiet swim because water is splashing everywhere.

Breakfast was really good, and I loved the view from the balcony. The location is handy, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The wellness area felt a little small for the number of guests, though. We stayed one night.

The staff were really nice, and the hotel and rooms looked beautiful. Food was great, and the price includes the jacuzzis, saunas, pool, kids’ corner and massage. It’s near the thermal baths, ski centers and the Tatra Mountains. You can also rent bikes to explore the surrounding nature.

I was here for a wedding, and what a party. The food was great, so I’d highly recommend it for weddings. The rooms and beds were pretty average. Still, a solid 4.

I had a nice, relaxing stay and enjoyed the breakfast. The lunch and dinner package wasn’t worth it, though, so I wouldn’t recommend that.
