The friendly staff, fresh and tasty breakfasts, easy access, and strong Wi-Fi were all positives, though the connection may have benefited from there being few guests. There was a kettle in the hallway, but no cups, tea, or other supplies, so we had to bring our own. Our biggest problem was the room in mid-September: it was cold and damp, and airing it out didn't help the towels dry. We spent hours feeling frozen. Hot water took ages to arrive, wasting water, and once it did, adjusting the taps was difficult. Mold covered the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain, and door. The shower setup splashed water across the floor, and the curtain kept blowing against my body. There was no soap, just one outlet in the bathroom, and no bedside tables. The standard pillows were feather, so allergy sufferers should take note. The beds squeaked, the mattresses were hard, and the wide frames meant we couldn't push the two single beds together. We also found out by chance, when checking our booking confirmation before arrival, that the pool was closed.

The owners are helpful, and the place is clean, warm, and quiet. It's close to public transport, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend it!

The place is clean and well kept, with comfortable beds, a heated pool, delicious food, and top-notch service. I definitely recommend it. If you get hungry, pop into the kitchen and see what's for dinner. 😉 👌

The rooms are tiny, and the pool was meant to be heated but wasn't. This doesn't really feel like a villa. Before booking, I'd ask whether a group of campers will be staying there. If so, avoid the screaming and banging. Everyone in Zakopane only cares about the dummies.
