Our Christmas stay, “Christmas in the Mountains,” was a big disappointment. On arrival we waited outside for around 15 minutes, and getting in touch with the owner was difficult. The room offered for three adults didn’t match the advertised setup of two beds plus an extra bed. After we raised the issue, we were moved to a smaller room with three beds, while the first room was later given to two guests. The room was cramped and didn’t have basic items like towels or soap. Breakfast was very limited, and the coffee and tea were poor quality. Christmas Eve felt rushed and chaotic rather than festive. The portions were small, the food was mediocre, and service was quick but had no atmosphere. The stay fell short of what we expected, so I find it hard to recommend this place for Christmas.

Mrs. Ania is a real gem, and the staff were so helpful. The guesthouse is wonderful, with modern, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and a perfect location. We’ll certainly be back. Thanks for being so hospitable!

I can’t recommend this place, and I won’t be coming back. The bathrooms smelled strongly and unpleasantly, with signs of mold in many areas. Basic supplies like soap and toilet paper were missing. The whole property felt neglected and unhygienic, and access to amenities was a problem. The rooms also didn’t look like the photos. The atmosphere was stressful and unpleasant. The bathroom photos I added show the condition best.

The rooms were warm and clean, and the manor house is quiet, close to the slopes, and a useful base for exploring. There was no soap in the bathroom. We could have breakfast included, but that’s probably the property’s weak point. It was very basic, with sausages barely warm. With so many regional products around, it’s a shame they used the cheapest ingredients.
