The room was spotless, comfortable, and ready with thoughtful little touches when we arrived. We’d booked an anniversary stay and were thrilled to get an upgrade to a lovely room at the Mercure Poznań Centrum. It made the occasion feel special. We’ll choose this hotel again when we’re back in Poznań.

The yogurt at breakfast was the best I’ve found outside Greece, and the rogaliki alone are worth the trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff kind and helpful. It’s also very convenient for Targi and the train station, with the city center just a short walk away.

The sauna was good, though I wish it got hotter. What really stood out was how helpful the staff were: they even found me an umbrella when it was raining. The hotel is also just a few minutes from the main station. Top notch.

This hotel gets a basic but surprisingly rare detail right. There’s an HDMI socket beside the TV, so you can plug in a Fire stick even when the TV is wall mounted and its own socket is out of reach. It’s the first hotel I’ve seen worldwide that thought of this. Awesome!
